Maidenhead Magpies Under 12's 0
Sandhurst Town Steelers 5

The match began with us on the back-foot from the start and lead to us conceding 2 very quick goals. A few small changes and a real defensive effot, saw us hold Sandhurst off until the break. We had been taking a few steps forward, but this one took us back a little.

After half-time we put together some great passes and had more opportunities on goal, but couldn't convert that into goals.

Our 5-0 loss was made up of finding it difficult to move forward when we have the ball, which we are not pasing quick enough and not really looking up. Our passes were not strong enough, and we allowed their strength to overcome us in a few areas of the pitch.

These are all the things we are working on in training, but only have 3/4 more matches to put this into practise, but we will persist and I hope we can see a real effort and some goals this coming weekend.

Thanks
David
